某表面螺旋桨敞水性能数值计算研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了了解表面螺旋桨的敞水性能,本文利用通用流体力学软件STAR-CCM+对标准表面螺旋桨模型841 B进行了敞水性能数值仿真。通过数值计算结果与试验数据对比分析可知:推力系数Kt、扭矩系数10 Kq的计算结果与试验值吻合良好,尤其在设计点附近,误差在4%以内。证明本文提出的数值计算方案可有效与准确的预测表面螺旋桨的敞水性能,方便了表面桨的匹配计算与设计工作。 This paper introduces the simulation of open water performance of surface propeller by adopting commercial fluid dynamics software STAR-CCM+.The simulation is carried out on standard surface propeller model 841B.By comparing the calculated results with the test results,it can be seen that the calculated results of thrust coefficient Kt and torque coefficient of 10Kq are consistent with the test values,especially near the design point,and the errors of both are within 4%.It is proved that the numerical calculation scheme proposed in this paper can predict the open water performance of surface propeller effectively and accurately,which is convenient for the matching calculation and design of surface propeller.
