硫辛酸联合针灸对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清LXA4及Visfatin水平的影响

Effects of Lipoic Acid Combined Acupuncture on Serum LXA4 and Visfatin Levels in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨硫辛酸联合针灸对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清人脂氧素A4(LXA4)及内脂素(Visfatin)水平的影响。方法选取2022年5月—2022年12月在商丘市中医院进行治疗的84例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组使用硫辛酸治疗,观察组在此基础上联合针灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经传导速度、血清脂氧素A4(LXA4)和内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)水平、TCSS评分。结果观察组的治疗有效率为95.24%,明显比对照组71.43%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.571,P<0.05),治疗后,观察组的正中神经、腓总神经SNCV以及正中神经、腓总神经MNCV均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的TNF-α、IL-6以及IL-1β水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的LXA4水平明显高于对照组,Visfatin水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的TCSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者使用硫辛酸联合针灸治疗,能够明显提高疗效,改善血清LXA4和Visfatin水平,提高神经传导速度,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of lipoic acid combined with acupuncture on serum LXA4 and Visfatin levels in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 84 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in Shangqiu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lipoic acid,and the observation group was treated with combined acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.The clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity,serum LXA4 and Visfatin level and TCSS score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%,χ^(2)=8.571,P<0.05).After treatment,the SNCV and MNCV of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05),the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05),the LXA4 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the Visfatin level was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05),the TCSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy,lipoic acid combined acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the serum LXA4 and Visfatin level,and increase the value of nerve conduction velocity,so it should be popularized in clinical practice.
