摘要
目的探讨烟雾病(MMD)患者血流动力学及血清中VEGF、MCP-1水平变化。方法选取2020年11月—2022年12月收治的50例MMD成年人为MMD组,将同一时间内进行体检的50名健康人为健康组,检测两组VEGF、MCP-1水平及血流动力学。结果MMD组患者血清中VEGF、Ang-1和IL-8表达水平与健康组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清MCP-1水平在MMD组和健康组中比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同铃木分期MMD患者血清中VEGF、Ang-1、IL-8和MCP-1表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);缺血和出血型MMD患者VEGF、Ang-1、IL-8和MCP-1表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MMD组与健康组脑部流量、容量、通过时间及峰值时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3-6期MMD患者在rCBF、rCBV差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MTT、TTP指标随着分期越高数值越大。结论MMD患者血清中VEGF水平与健康人群存在差异,MCP-1水平变化差异无统计学意义,MMD患者与健康人群脑部血流动力学存在差异。
Objective To investigate the changes of hemodynamics and serum VEGF and MCP-1 levels in patients with moyamoya disease(MMD).Methods From November 2020 to December 2022,50 MMD adults were selected into the MMD group.The 50 healthy people undergoing physical examination at the same time were selected as the healthy group,VEGF and MCP-1 levels and hemodynamics were detected in two groups.Results The expression levels of serum VEGF,Ang-1 and IL-8 in the MMD group were significantly different from those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of serum MCP-1 were not significant in the MMD group and the healthy group(P>0.05).The expression levels of VEGF,Ang-1,IL-8 and MCP-1 in the serum of patients with different stages of Suzuki MMD had no significance(P>0.05).The expression levels of VEGF,Ang-1,IL-8 and MCP-1 in patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic MMD were not significant(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in brain flow,volume,transit time,and peak time between the MMD group and the healthy group(P<0.05).There was no significance in rCBF and rCBV in patients with stage 3-6 MMD(P>0.05),and the MTT and TTP indexes increased with the stage.Conclusion The levels of VEGF in serum of MMD patients are different from those of healthy people,and the changes of MCP-1 levels are not significant.There is a difference in cerebral hemodynamics between MMD patients and healthy people.
