基于PLC控制的智能供暖系统设计

摘要 针对目前集中供暖污染环境、传统煤改电成本高昂的问题,设计一种基于PLC和力控组态软件构成的智能供暖系统,以达到供暖经济、节能、高效运行的目的。以西门子PLC作为控制核心,采用温度传感器、电压变送器与电流变送器对实时数据进行采集,经网络传输到触摸屏,通过组态画面显示系统的工作状态并进行实时控制。利用谷段低价电给系统中蓄热式电暖器供电发热蓄热,并利用太阳能和蓄电池组辅助供电实现经济运行。 Aiming at the problems of central heating polluting the environment and the high cost of traditional coal to electricity,an intelligent heating system based on PLC and force control configuration software is designed to achieve the purpose of heating economy,energy saving and efficient operation.Taking Siemens PLC as the control core,the temperature sensor,voltage transmitter and current transmitter are used to collect real-time data,which is transmitted to the touch screen through the network,and the working state of the system is displayed and controlled in real time through the configuration screen.The low price electricity in valley section is used to supply heat and storage for the regenerative electric heater in the system,and the economic operation is realized by using the auxiliary power supply of solar energy and battery pack.
