摘要
本文主要针对目前燃气热水器在硬水质地区使用时的水垢问题,提出了一种利用停水温升进行水垢检测,实现热水器主动预警用户进行热交换器清洗服务的方案。针对该方案进行了原理分析和可行性研究,水垢的产生会导致热交换器水管的热阻变大,在同样出水温度情况下需要更大换热温差,翅片和直管表面温度会明显高于无水垢时,从而导致停水后水可吸收的余热变多,停水温升也就显著上升。通过实验验证了该方案的有效性,相比于利用软水系统或者净水系统对水进行前处理,该方案具有成本低、可行可靠、维护方便等优点。
This paper mainly aims at the scale problem of gas water heaters when used in hard water quality areas,and proposes a method for scale detection by using the temperature rise of water-stop,so the water heater can actively warning users to call a heat exchanger cleaning services.According to the theory analysis and feasibility study of this method,the generation of scale will lead to the thermal resistance of the heat exchanger water pipe to become larger,and a larger heat exchange temperature rise is required under the same outlet water temperature,and the surface temperature of the fin and straight pipe will be significantly higher than that of scale-free,resulting in more waste heat that the water can absorb after the water-stop,and the temperature rise of the water-stop will rise significantly.The effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments,and compared with the pre-treatment of water by water softener system or water purification system,the method has the advantages of low cost,feasible and reliable,and convenient maintenance.
