摘要
随着新课改的实施,小学科学教育在基础教育中的地位上升,如何提高小学科学教师的专业素养和岗位职业能力就显得愈加重要。高职院校小学教育专业在人才培养中应高度重视对学生小学科学实践教学能力的职前培养。教学中教师要引领学生明确小学科学课程的目标和基本任务,深刻理解小学科学课程的性质和基本理念,并通过持续的教育实践与体验,逐步培养起学生提升教学实践能力的自我意识,以使其适应将来的岗位需求。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the rising status of science education in primary basic education,it is more and more important to improve the professional quality and professional ability of primary science teachers.We should attach great importance to the pre-service training of students'scientific practical teaching ability in primary education major in higher vocational colleges.In teaching,teachers should guide students to make clear the goal and basic task of science curriculum in primary schools,understand the nature and basic concept of science curriculum in primary schools deeply,gradually train up the students to enhance the teaching practice ability of self-awareness,so as to adapt to the future post needs.
