摘要
为了提高教师的教育教学水平以及小学教育专业学生适应未来职业岗位的能力,有必要构建符合新时代小学教育专业发展的课程体系。基于OBE理念,分析了高职小学教育专业课程体系现存问题和OBE理念在教育教学中的应用价值,从遵循岗位需求、优化课程结构、开展实践训练、确保以生为本等四个角度出发,提出基于OBE理念的高职小学教育专业课程体系构建的具体对策。
In order to improve the teaching level of teachers and the ability of primary education students to adapt to future career positions,it is necessary to build a curriculum system that conforms to the new era of primary education.Based on the theory of OBE concept,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the curriculum system of vocational primary education major and the application value of OBE concept in education and teaching,and puts forward specific countermeasures for the construction of the curriculum system of vocational primary education major based on OBE concept from four perspectives,including following the post requirements,optimizing the curriculum structure,carrying out practical training,and ensuring the student-oriented.
