“1+X”证书视角下高职土建类专业人才培养面临的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures Faced in the Cultivation of Civil Engineering Talents in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of"1+X"Certificate

基于“1+X”证书人才培养模式的特点,对土建类专业在课程建设、师资培训和教学评价等方面的现状进行分析,并针对“1+X”证书视角下土建类专业人才培养存在的问题,通过明确人才培养方案、积极开发校本教材、强化师资队伍建设、大力拓展校企合作等策略,构建复合型技术技能人才培养模式,以提升高职土建类专业人才培养质量,满足社会对土建类专业人才的需求。

Based on the characteristics of the"1+X"talent training mode,this paper analyzes the current situation of civil engineering majors in the aspects of curriculum construction,teacher training and teaching evaluation,and aims at the problems existing in the talent training of civil engineering majors from the perspective of"1+X"certificate.By clarifying the talent training program,actively developing school-based teaching materials,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,vigorously expanding school-enterprise cooperation and other strategies,the training mode of composite technical skills talents is constructed to improve the training quality of civil engineering professionals in higher vocational colleges and meet the social demand for civil engineering professionals.
