AGIL模型视角下中小学课后服务功能分析及改进路径 被引量:1

摘要 中小学课后服务有利于解决“三点半难题”,促进学生的个性化成长,但是从各地的实践中可以看出,当前中小学课后服务仍然存在需要改进的问题。为了解决当前中小学课后服务实践进路中存在的问题,以帕森斯AGIL模型为理论研究视角,建构课后服务的AGIL模型功能分析模式,试图厘清中小学课后服务作为行动系统在整个社会系统当中的功能定位和价值取向,指出中小学课后服务在适应功能、目标达成功能、整合功能与模式维持功能的弱化及其表现,提出以下对策:提升该子系统的适应功能、维护其目标达成功能、改善整合功能和优化模式维持功能,从而促使中小学课后服务不断朝着创新进取的路径前行。 The after-school service in primary and secondary schools can properly solve the"three and a half problems"and promote students'personalized growth.However,it can be seen from the practice of various places that there are still difficult to solve practical problems in the after-school service in primary and secondary schools.In order to properly solve the problems existing in the practical approach of after-school service in primary and secondary schools,this paper takes the parsonss AGIL model as the theoretical research perspective,constructs the AGIL model functional analysis model of after-school service,attempts to clarify the functional orientation and value orientation of after-school service in primary and secondary schools as an action system in the whole social system,and points out the weakening and performance of the after-school service in primary and secondary schools in terms of adaptation function,goal achievement function,integration function and mode maintenance function.that after-school service in primary and secondary schools has the functions of adaptation,goal achievement The weakening and performance of integration function and mode maintenance function.The following countermeasures are proposed:improve the adaptation function of the subsystem,maintain its the goal achievement function,improve the integration function and optimize the mode maintenance function,so as to promote the after-school service of primary and secondary schools to move forward towards the path of innovation and enterprising.
