对山西具备的独特政策红利进行归纳总结,通过实证分析,进一步明确环境政策对实现“双碳”目标的作用,同时从现实出发,分析目前山西在发挥政策红利方面的不足之处,并提出相应的实现途径。

The unique policy dividends of Shanxi are summarised,and the role of environmental policy in achieving the dual-carbon goal is further clarified through empirical analysis.At the same time,the shortcomings of the province in playing the policy dividends are analysed from the perspective of reality,and the corresponding ways of realisation are proposed.
