基于波特五力模型理论的视角,从原料合作力、顾客购买力、替代威胁力、潜在进入力和行业竞争力等五个方面分析鲁产细支烟产业发展环境,并提出相关发展策略。山东中烟必须对自身细支烟品牌做到精准定位,在稳固现有细支烟市场份额基础上,力求新的突破,通过加大细支烟创新研究、深挖齐鲁人文地域元素和统筹把握市场需求及消费者喜好,提高鲁产细支烟的核心竞争力,提升鲁产细支烟产业的知名度。

Based on the perspective of Porter's Five Forces model theory,we analyse the development environment of the fine cigarettes industry in Shandong from the five aspects of raw material cooperation power,customer purchasing power,substitution threat,potential entry power and industry competitiveness,and put forward relevant development strategies.Shandong China Tobacco must achieve precise positioning of its own fine cigarettes brand,and strive for new breakthroughs on the basis of the existing market share of fine cigarettes,improve the core competitiveness of the fine cigarettes and enhance the popularity of the fine cigarettes industry of Lu by increasing the innovation research of fine cigarettes,digging into the humanistic and regional elements of Qilu,and grasping the market demand and consumers'preferences in an integrated manner.
