This article explores the driving mechanism of industrial design in the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province from three aspects:industrial chain,value chain and innovation chain.In terms of industrial chain,Zhejiang Province emphasizes technological innovation and product innovation,promotes collaborative innovation and optimization of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain,and realizes the integration and upgrading of the industrial chain.In terms of value chain,Zhejiang Province encourages enterprises to transform from pure manufacturers to value creators,and regards industrial design as the core link for enterprises to create value.In terms of innovation chain,Zhejiang Province uses industrial design to build a globally competitive innovation chain,and promotes the transformation of manufacturing industry towards high-end and intelligent.Through the above discussions,this article concludes the role and driving mechanism of industrial design in promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province,providing theoretical support for the future development of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province.
