基于PLC安全控制家用小型绞肉机探析

Based on PLC Safety Control Household Small Meat Grinder

在商用绞肉机的基础上,优化设计出一款新型小型、家用绞肉机。利用圆柱形的料筒机身为主要载体,将传统的横式螺旋挤压改进为竖式螺旋挤压的方式,依靠螺旋状绞龙向前送料,由出料口处的刀具旋转配合挤压样板剪切出成品肉,可有效减轻使用者的使用负荷。同时,引入PLC安全控制,降低危险等级。该绞肉机可根据不同的需要调节电机转速和挤压样板孔大小,得到不同成品,操作简便,使用安全。

On the basis of commercial meat grinder,a new type of small-scale household meat grinder is optimally designed.Using the cylindrical barrel body as the main carrier,the traditional horizontal screw extrusion is improved to vertical screw extrusion,relying on the spiral reamer to feed the material forward,and the cutter at the outlet rotates with the extrusion plate to cut out the finished meat,which can effectively reduce the user's use of the load.At the same time,PLC safety control is introduced to reduce the level of danger.The meat grinder can be adjusted according to different needs of the motor speed and the size of the hole of the extrusion sample plate to get different finished products,easy to operate and safe to use.
