摘要
随着制造业的发展,数控机床在各个领域的应用越来越广泛。以某航空零件为例,研究了数控机床加工误差的分析与优化,概述了数控机床的基本概念及加工误差优化的重要性,介绍了数控机床加工误差的四种类型;再次,对某航空零件的数控加工误差进行了数据分析,包括数据采集、预处理、描述性统计分析、方差分析、相关性分析和回归分析,提出了五种数控机床加工优化策略,并通过实验证明了优化策略的有效性。其研究成果有助于提高数控机床加工的精度和效率,降低制造成本。
With the development of manufacturing industry,CNC machine tools are more and more widely used in various fields.Taking an aerospace part as an example,the analysis and optimisation of machining errors of CNC machine tools are studied.Firstly,the basic concept of CNC machine tools and the importance of machining error optimisation are outlined;secondly,four types of CNC machine tool machining errors are introduced in detail;then,the data analysis of CNC machining errors of an aerospace part is carried out,including data collection,pre-processing,descriptive statistical analysis,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis;finally,five optimisation strategies for CNC machine tool machining are proposed and the experiments proved the effectiveness of the optimisation strategies.Its research results help to improve the precision and efficiency of CNC machine tool processing and reduce the manufacturing cost.
