单片机+Cat.1在无人值守洗车系统中的应用

摘要 自动洗车机的逻辑控制单元仍以使用PLC为主流,再配以外部网络模块,来达到自动洗车机的无人值守。基于此,介绍了传统PLC洗车系统和单片机洗车系统,研究了一种单片机+Cat.1的无人值守洗车系统,无人值守需要关注网络的异常处理,提出了当有异常时怎么让网络恢复正常状态的处理流程,也提出通过网络来升级单片机自身程序的处理流程。这些都是相对于PLC系统所没有的特点,所以使用单片机+Cat.1是一种全新的应用方式,相比于传统的PLC系统,成本更低,集成度更好,使用更快捷方便。 The logic control unit of automatic car wash is still dominated by the use of PLC,together with external network module,to achieve unattended automatic car wash.Based on this,the traditional PLC car wash system and microcontroller car wash system are introduced,and a microcontroller+Cat.1 unattended car wash system is studied.Unattended needs to pay attention to the abnormal processing of the network,and the processing flow of how to let the network return to normal state when there is an abnormality is proposed,and the processing flow of upgrading the microcontroller's own programme through the network is also proposed.These are the features that are not relative to PLC system,so the use of microcontroller+Cat.1 is a new way of application,compared with the traditional PLC system,the cost is lower,the integration is better,the use of faster and more convenient.
