针对部分民营制造企业在多方因素干扰下,无法落实有效的内控工作,要结合实际做好内控升级的问题,分析了先进行民营制造企业内控的必要性,探析了内控工作现状,提出了内控升级策略,以期可以满足民营制造企业的发展需要。
