摘要 采用Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液对粒径<4.75 mm的生活焚烧炉渣进行预处理,有效去除其中残余金属Al以及部分硫化物、氯盐,增加玻璃相含量。以其部分取代河砂制备混合砂,会导致砂浆拌合物减水剂用量有所增大,但能够有效改善细骨料级配,显著提高砂浆保水能力,降低其表观密度。不同炉渣取代率的混合砂中,M5砂浆最佳取代率为20%,M10砂浆为40%,M15砂浆抗压强度随着炉渣掺量的增加呈现下降的趋势。 Using Na_(2)CO_(3) solution to preliminarily treat the municipal solid waste incineration slag(MSWIS)is able to remove residual aluminium metallicum,sulfates,and chlorides efficiently from its interior which increases its glass phase content.When the MSWIS partially replaces river sand to prepare mixed sand,the amount of water reducing agent of mortar mix will increase,but it can effectively improve the grading of fine aggregate,significantly improve the water retention capacity of mortar,and reduce its apparent density.Among the mixed sand with different slag substitution rates,the optimal substitution rate of M5 mortar is 20%,and that of M10 mortar is 40%.The compressive strength of M15 mortar shows a decreasing trend with the increase of slag content.
