校企合作订单式培养学生工匠精神长效机制研究——以J大学地铁订单班为例 被引量:1

摘要 工匠精神是职业教育的灵魂。本研究以J大学地铁订单班为个案,探究J大学地铁订单班培养学生工匠精神取得的成效,主要体现在多种途径培养学生工匠精神、为地铁行业输送大批优秀毕业生、地铁订单班得到社会的广泛好评,但是该班也存在课程中关于工匠精神的内容太少、教师队伍难以满足人才培养需求、学生参加各级各类职业技能大赛较少等问题。本研究从增加课程中工匠精神的相关内容、健全工匠精神宣传教育机制、加强教师队伍建设、鼓励和积极组织学生参加各级各类职业技能大赛等方面提出了构建校企合作订单式培养学生工匠精神长效机制。 Craftsman spirit is the soul of vocational education.This study takes the subway order class of J University as a case,and explores the effectiveness of cultivating students’craftsmanship spirit,which is mainly reflected in the variety of cultivating ways,the supply of huge excellent graduates for the subway industry,and the wide approvals from the society.But there are also many problems,such as too little content about craftsmanship spirit in the class,the unsound mechanism of craftsman spirit publicity and education,the difficulty of teachers to meet the needs of talent cultivation,and the lack of students to participate in various professional competitions at all levels.Therefore this study proposes the construction of a long-term mechanism of order-based cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate students’craftsmanship spirit from improving the relevant content of craftsman spirit in the curriculum,improving the mechanism of craftsman spirit publicity and education,strengthening the construction of teachers,encouraging and actively organizing students to participate in various vocational competitions.
