基于大学生意见诉求的“一训三风”文化建设实践研究

Research on the Practice of Culture Construction of“School Motto,School Spirit,Teaching Style and Academic Atmosphere”based on College Students’Opinions and Appeals

高校校园文化建设对大学的发展和大学生素质培养具有重要的作用。“一训三风”建设是校园文化建设的具体载体,能够充分反映一所高校师生的团体意识和精神氛围。在对南京信息工程大学师生开展的关于“一训三风”问卷调查分析的基础上,探讨高校校园文化在价值导向、品牌建设、文化载体以及平台搭建等方面的建设路径,以期为高校校园文化建设提供一定的参考。

The construction of campus culture plays a significant role in the development of universities and the cultivation of student qualities.“School Motto,School Spirit,Teaching Style and Academic Atmosphere”are the specific carriers of campus culture construction,which can fully reflect the collective consciousness and spiritual atmosphere of a university’s students and teachers.Through a questionnaire survey conducted among students and teachers from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology on“School Motto,School Spirit,Teaching Style and Academic Atmosphere”,this article explores the construction paths of university spiritual culture in terms of value guidance,brand building,cultural carriers,and platform construction,aiming to provide reference for the construction of campus culture of university.
