“世界文化名城”视域下成都地区语言景观建设路径初探

Exploratory Path to the Linguistic Landscape Construction of Chengdu from the Perspective of "World Famous Cultural City"

语言景观作为最直观地体现城市文化软实力的一种语言表达形式,在成都市大力推进“世界文化名城”建设的新时代背景下,扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。该文以社会语言学为切入点,介绍了语言景观研究的发展概况,阐明了成都地区语言景观建设与“世界文化名城”之间的关系。研究发现,成都地区语言景观的建设尚在起步阶段,缺乏统筹规划,没有做体系研究。因此,对其研究的必要性也就凸显出来。该文围绕成都地区语言景观的建设,对研究内容制定了详细规划,并设计出具体的研究策略和建议。在国家“十四五规划”期间,该研究具有时效性和代表性,旨在为践行党和国家提倡的城市发展新理念,提升成都作为国家级中心城市的国际竞争力和区域带动力,提供有效的理论支持和策略建议。

As a direct language form that embodies the soft power of a city's culture,linguistic landscape plays an indispensable and important role in the new times of Chengdu's vigorous promotion of the process of"world famous cultural city"construction.From the perspective of sociolinguistics,this paper introduces the main development of linguistic landscape,elaborates the relationship between linguistic landscape construction of Chengdu and"world famous cultural city".The research finds that without systematic research,the linguistic landscape construction of Chengdu is still at the initial stage,lacks overall planning.Therefore,the necessity of its research has been highlighted.Focusing on the linguistic landscape construction of Chengdu,this paper has made a particular design of the research contents,and provides a series of detailed strategies and suggestions as well.During the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan,with its time-efficiency and representativeness,the research aims at providing effective theoretical support and strategic advice for the practice of the new concept of urban development advocated by the Party and the state to enhance Chengdu's international competitiveness and regional driving force as a national central city.
