This paper introduces the protection and utilization of red cultural resource management in Pingliang City,Gansu Province.Pingliang,as an ancient Silk Road,an important ancient pass and one of the founding places of the early CPC party organizations,has rich red historical and cultural heritage.This paper probes into various forms of excavating Red tourism culture,constructing red memorial halls and scenic spots,displaying red history,and the protection and utilization methods of red cultural resource management such as developing red rural tourism scenic spots.In addition,it also introduces the protection and utilization of cultural resource management in other areas of Pingliang City,such as Shibaozi Military Industry Theme Experience Park,Ankou Ceramic Museum and Rural Memory Museum,which shows the construction history of the"third line"arms industry.It puts forward measures to promote the protection and utilization of red cultural resource management,including building a foundation and raising funds,innovating the fund raising and investment mechanism,and guiding enterprises and individuals to invest in supporting the history reproduction project.
