在公共文化服务现代化背景之下,为了丰富我国基层群众的文娱活动类型及有效提高城市居民的思想素质和审美情趣,必须重视文化馆的建设与发展工作。该文就促进文化馆高质量发展的时代价值、现状与问题,以及促进发展的路径进行探讨。首先阐述了高质量文化馆发展的重要性,包括宣传传统文化、促进经济发展和提高国民文化素质等方面,然后分析了目前文化馆发展取得的成就及存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的可行性路径,涉及资金投入、文化人才培养、数字化技术应用等方面。以期该文的研究结果,能够有力推动文化馆的高质量发展,提高公共文化服务水平,满足人民日益增长的文化需求。

In the context of modernization of public cultural services,in order to enrich the types of cultural and entertainment activities of grassroots people in China and effectively improve the ideological quality and aesthetic taste of urban residents,it is necessary to attach importance to the construction and development of cultural centers.This article explores the era value,current situation,and problems of promoting high-quality development of cultural museums,as well as the paths to promote development.Firstly,the importance of developing high-quality cultural centers was elaborated,including promoting traditional culture,promoting economic development,and improving the cultural quality of the people.Then,the achievements and existing problems in the development of cultural centers were analyzed,and feasible solutions were proposed,involving capital investment,cultural talent cultivation,and digital technology application.It is hoped that the research results of this article can effectively promote the high-quality development of cultural museums,improve the level of public cultural services,and meet the growing cultural needs of the people.
