跨文化传播视域下的新疆非物质文化遗产翻译研究

A Study on the Translation of Xinjiang Intangible Cultural Heritage from the Perspective of Cross-Cultural Communication

非物质文化遗产是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,对于提高我国“软实力”具有举足轻重的作用。非物质文化遗产的翻译和对外传播工作是新时代我国文化“走出去”战略的重要环节。该文首先梳理了新疆非物质文化遗产的研究现状,指出新疆非遗的翻译工作仍处于初级阶段。其次,在跨文化传播视域下,分析了新疆非遗翻译的5个重要环节。最后,该文对新疆非遗翻译的难点进行分析并提出了建议。旨在通过新疆非遗的翻译,向人们开启一个了解真实美丽新疆的窗口;发展和传承新疆非物质文化遗产,促进世界文化多样性并通过文化拉近中国与世界各国人民的距离,推动人类命运共同体的构建。

Intangible cultural heritage is an important component of excellent traditional Chinese culture and plays a crucial role in enhancing China's"soft power".The translation and external dissemination of intangible cultural heritage are important links in China's cultural"going global"strategy in the new era.The article first reviews the current research status of Xinjiang's intangible cultural heritage and points out that the translation of Xinjiang's intangible cultural heritage is still in its early stages.Secondly,from the perspective of cross-cultural communication,five important links in the translation of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage were analyzed.Finally,the article analyzes the difficulties in translating Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage and puts forward suggestions.The aim is to open a window for people to understand the true and beautiful Xinjiang through the translation of intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang,develop and inherit Xinjiang's intangible cultural heritage,promoting world cultural diversity,and bridging the gap between China and people around the world through culture,and promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
