摘要
FMECA在电子装备研制中应用广泛,有效开展FMECA是保证产品通用质量特性的重要手段。针对FMECA在电子装备应用过程存在的问题,本文首先论述了FMECA在通用质量特性设计分析的作用,其次给出FMECA的主要工程流程、输入信息及输出影响关系,从工作组织、计划管控、可靠性正向设计、维修保障方案生成四方面论述了FMECA的有效应用模式,最后给出了FMECA工程质量的监视与测量要点,以实现FMECA的闭环管控。
FMECA is widely used in the development of electronic equipment,the effective FMECA is an important means to ensure the general quality characteristics of products.Aiming at the problems existing in the application process of FMECA in electronic equipment,this paper firstly discusses the role of FMECA in general quality characteristics analysis.Secondly,the main process of FMECA and the relationship between input information and output influence are given.Thirdly,a effective FMECA method is given from four aspects:work organization,plan control,reliability design,maintenance scheme.Finally,the main measurement points are given to realize effective control of FMECA.
