复杂机电液设备电气系统故障诊断实验研究

摘要 复杂机电液设备是一种集机械、电气和液压多个系统一体化的综合部件,在复杂机电液设备电气化过程中,极易出现电气部件故障,针对复杂机电液设备电气系统故障诊断效率下降的问题,以盾构机为研究对象,在盾构机机电液系统结构基础上,设计相关组件故障诊断事件处理拓扑结构,采用故障特征值离群诊断方法裁剪电气组件故障诊断处理过程,在构建的盾构机电气系统集成化测试环境中验证故障诊断方法的可靠性和高效性。 Complex electromechanical and hydraulic equipment is a comprehensive component that integrates multiple mechanical,electrical,and hydraulic systems.During the electrification process of complex electromechanical and hydraulic equipment,electrical component failures are extremely prone to occur.Aiming at the problem of reduced efficiency in fault diagnosis of the electrical system of complex electromechanical and hydraulic equipment,a shield machine is taken as the research object,and based on the electromechanical and hydraulic system structure of the shield machine,a topology structure for fault diagnosis event processing of related components is designed,The fault eigenvalue outlier diagnosis method is used to tailor the fault diagnosis process of electrical components,and the reliability and efficiency of the fault diagnosis method are verified in the integrated test environment for shield machine electrical systems.
