摘要
根据实验研究,利用树脂吸附的方法提取有机物,树脂吸附饱和后须将树脂中的有机物再生脱附取出,让其恢复原有吸附能力,实现连续循环利用。但树脂吸附应用在渣油催化裂解装置产生的含硫氨污水中,吸附效果明显,再生脱附存在弊端,随着运行周期增加,蒸汽再生脱附后,树脂吸附率逐渐下降。
According to the experimental research,the organic matter is extracted by resin adsorption.After the resin is saturated,the organic matter in the resin must be regenerated and desorbed to restore its original adsorption capacity and realize continuous recycling.However,the application of resin adsorption in sulfur-containing ammonia wastewater produced by residue catalytic cracking unit has obvious adsorption effect,and there are disadvantages in regeneration desorption.With the increase of operation cycle,the resin adsorption rate gradually decreases after steam regeneration desorption.
