Leakage Analysis and Solution of High Pressure Diaphragm Heat Exchanger in Petrochemical Industry

针对隔膜式换热器的泄漏问题进行了研究,分析了高压隔膜式换热器泄漏的原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。从加强对设备质量和工艺操作水平等方面进行分析,有利于提升我国石油化工行业的整体效益。

In this paper,the leakage problem of diaphragm heat exchanger is studied,the causes of leakage of high pressure diaphragm heat exchanger are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.It is beneficial to enhance the overall benefit of the petrochemical industry by strengthening the analysis of the equipment quality and process operation level.
