摘要
天然气液化装置中脱水塔是净化单元核心设备,以改造脱水塔轨道球阀控制系统为切入点,实现按照顺序逐步手动开关控制,不受时间、装置参数等其他因素影响,能有效避免实际生产中不安全事件的发生。主要从顺序锁定系统改造措施、脱水塔切换标准化操作、技改意义展开论述。
The dehydrating tower is the core equipment of the purification unit in the natural gas liquefaction unit.This paper takes the improvement of the control system of the dehydrating tower track ball valve as the cut-in point,and realizes the manual switch control step by step according to the sequence,it is not affected by time,device parameters and other factors,and can effectively avoid the occurrence of unsafe events in actual production.This paper mainly discusses the summary,the reform measures of sequential locking system,the standardized operation of dehydration tower switching and the significance of technical reform.
