摘要
氧化亚铜晶体因其实现各种功能的物理化学性质应用范围广泛。本文综述了液相法制备氧化亚铜的方法,液相法制备氧化亚铜在结构控制方面具有优势,通过调配反应物配比、还原剂用量、导向剂用量或者改变反应温度、时间可改变粒子粒径和形貌。亚微米级的氧化亚铜在可见光电解、光催化、太阳能电池、锂离子电池、生物抑菌领域发挥重要作用。
Cu_(2)O crystals have a wide range of applications due to their physical and chemical properties,which enable them to achieve various functions.This article reviews the methods of preparing Cu_(2)O using liquid phase method.The preparation of cuprous oxide using liquid phase method has advantages in structural control.The particle size and morphology can be changed by adjusting the reactant ratio,reducing agent dosage,guiding agent dosage,or changing the reaction temperature and time.Submicron sized Cu_(2)O plays an important role in the fields of photodegradation,photocatalysis,solar cells,lithium-ion batteries,and biological bacteriostasis.
