摘要
聚芳硫醚砜是一种新型的含硫特种工程材料,因其优异的耐高温、腐蚀、辐射、阻燃等性能,被广泛应用于复合材料。聚芳硫醚砜的技术方案有无水硫化钠合成法、结晶硫化钠合成法、硫氢化钠法、聚芳硫醚氧化法、单体缩聚法。本文对工艺技术路线进行比较,以确定合适的生产技术路线。
Polyarylthioether sulfone is a new kind of special engineering material containing sulfur.It is widely used in composite materials because of its excellent high temperature resistance,corrosion,radiation and flame retardant properties.The technical scheme of polyarylthioether sulfone has no water sodium sulfide synthesis method,crystal sodium sulfide synthesis method,sodium hydrosulfide method,polyarylthioether oxidation method,monomer condensation method.In this paper,the process technology routes are compared to determine the appropriate production technology routes.
