摘要
随着化工行业自动化水平的提高,加强和规范安全仪表系统管理十分迫切和必要。本文针对华北地区一成品油库进行了SIL定级分析,该分析在危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)的基础上分析出了较大风险以及对应的初设事件和风险管控措施,结合LOPA分析理论分析独立保护层,结合现场实践分析了初始事件概率以及独立保护层失效概率,通过计算要求时失效概率(PFD),确认该场景下需要的回路的SIL等级。
With the improvement of automation level in chemical industry,it is urgent and necessary to strengthen and standardize the management of safety instrument system.Based on hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP),this paper analyzes the major risks and corresponding initial events and risk control measures,analyzes the independent protective layer with LOPA analysis theory,analyzes the initial event probability and the failure probability of the independent protective layer with field practice.Determine the SIL level of the loop required for this scenario by calculating the probability of failure on request(PFD).
