水下阀门国产化关键技术研究

Research on key technology of underwater valve localization

水下阀门作为海洋工程中重要的水下设施部件近几年随着深水技术的快速进步也在逐渐提升质量要求。一直以来水下阀门技术和市场均为国外厂家垄断,为提升国产水下装备的技术和制造能力,有效降低成本并缩短供货的周期,水下阀门国产化关键技术的研究迫在眉睫。结合某项目的水下阀门国产化关键技术应用和检测进行了研究,希望能够为我国海洋工程装备制造提供参考。

In recent years,with the rapid development of deep-water technology,the quality requirements of underwater valve,as an important component of underwater facilities in ocean engineering,have been raised gradually.For a long time,the technology and market of underwater valve are monopolized by foreign manufacturers.In order to improve the technology and manufacturing capability of domestic underwater equipment,effectively reduce the cost and shorten the supply cycle,it is urgent to study the key technology of underwater valve localization.In this paper,the application and testing of some key technology of underwater valve localization are studied,and it is hoped to provide an effective reference for our country’s marine engineering equipment manufacturing.
