目前海上油田大部分油井采用电潜泵进行生产,部分井虽然生产初期因地层能量充足具备自喷能力,但随着生产的逐年进行,最终也会因地层能量衰竭而进行自喷转泵抽作业;电泵井在生产的过程中,受多方面因素的影响,可能会出现电泵落井的复杂情况,而此时作业现场很可能没有准备打捞工具和钻具,临时动员耗时较长,本文主要简述了一种创新性使用开窗套铣筒快速打捞落井电泵机组的方法,为今后类似情况的处理提供借鉴。

At present,most of the oil Wells in offshore oil fields are produced by electric submersible pumps.Although some Wells have the ability of spontaneous injection in the early stage of production due to sufficient formation energy,they will eventually be pumped due to formation energy exhaustion as production progresses year by year.In the production process of electric pump well,affected by many factors,there may be a complex situation of electric pump falling into the well,and at this time,the operation site is likely to be unprepared for fishing tools and drilling tools,and the temporary mobilization time is long.This paper mainly describes an innovative method using the window sleeve milling barrel to quickly catch the electric pump unit falling into the well,which provides reference for the treatment of similar situations in the future.
