On the Technical Management of Structural Discipline Leaders

结构专业是石化设计项目团队中举足轻重的专业,向上承接着配管、设备、仪表、电气、工业炉、工艺等诸多专业,向下衔接着施工单位、业主与监理单位等等。石化行业的结构专业承担着地上、地下的建筑物、构筑物设计,而结构专业负责人是团队中最小单位的领导,仅管理设校审三方人员。从另一方面来讲,结构专业负责人又是在专业室领导与项目设计经理的领导下开展结构设计工作,行政和业务上受专业室领导。本文试图从职业素养、岗位职责及实践的方法等方面谈谈结构专业负责人的技术管理。

The structural discipline is a crucial discipline in the petrochemical design project team,undertaking various disciplines such as piping,equipment,instrumentation,electrical,industrial furnaces,processes,etc.upwards,and connecting construction units,owners,and supervision units downwards.The structural discipline in the petrochemical industry is responsible for the design of buildings and structures above and below ground,while the head of the structural discipline is the leader of the smallest unit in the team and only manages personnel from the three parties involved in the review process.On the other hand,the person in charge of the structural discipline is responsible for carrying out structural design work under the leadership of the professional office leader and project design manager,and is administratively and professionally led by the professional office.This article attempts to discuss the technical management of structural professional leaders from the perspectives of professional competence,job responsibilities,and practical methods.
