稠油井工况判断智能预警模型的应用

摘要 对于蒸汽吞吐开发的稠油油藏,易出现出砂、汽窜、套坏等异常工况问题,如何利用油井工况参数建立有效的预警模型,并智能判断处置从而降低异常工况造成的产量损失已成为油田稳产的关键。本文以A块为研究目标,利用信息化手段对工况参数进行提取并统计分析,在此基础上,利用判别分析数理统计方法建立不同类型工况的预警模型。最后针对不同异常工况预警模型,形成包括汽窜预警模型、出砂预警模型等在内的智能预判处置及管理体系。 For heavy oil reservoirs developed through steam stimulation,abnormal operating conditions such as sand production,steam channeling,and casing damage are prone to occur.How to use oil well operating parameters to establish an effective warning model and intelligently judge and handle it to reduce production losses caused by abnormal operating conditions has become the key to stable oil field production.This article takes Block A as the research objective,uses information technology to extract and statistically analyze operating conditions parameters.Based on this,discriminant analysis mathematical statistical methods are used to establish warning models for different types of operating conditions.Finally,based on different abnormal working conditions warning models,an intelligent prediction and management system is formed,including steam channeling warning models,sand production warning models,etc.
