《食品标准与法规》课程思政教学案例设计研究——以食品安全法为例

A Case Study on Design of Ideological and Political Teaching of Food Standards and Regulations-Taking Food Safety Law as An Example

课程思政作为一种新时代的教学理念,强调教师在教学过程中有意、有机、有效地对学生进行思想政治教育,同时也是专业课教育改革的重要环节。结合食品标准与法规课程中“食品安全法”的教学设计,将思政教育与专业教育进行有机融合,根据国家、行业、企业需求设计教学目标,结合新时代人才培养需求,深入挖掘本节课蕴含的思政元素,以期达到知识传授和价值引领同频共振的效果。

As a teaching concept of the new era,ideological and political curriculum emphasizes that teachers should consciously,organically and effectively carry out ideological and political education for students in the teaching process,which is also an important link in the reform of professional courses.This paper combines the teaching design of“Food Safety Law”in the course of food standards and regulations,organically integrates ideological and political education with professional education,designs teaching objectives according to the needs of the country,industry and enterprises,combines the needs of talent training in the new era,and deeply excavates the ideological and political elements contained in this lesson,so as to achieve the effect of knowledge teaching and value leading the same frequency resonance.
