乳制品加工技术“课程思政”教学模式探究与实践

摘要 乳制品加工技术是食品智能加工技术的核心专业课程,为培养适应新时代乳制品工作需求的高素质技术技能型人才,构建了教室与实训基地、课内与课外、校内与校外相结合的乳制品加工技术课程思政建设模式,探索构建了“两线四段四评”全维度“课程思政”教学模式,深入挖掘思政元素。 Dairy processing technology is the core professional course of food intelligent processing technology.In order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of dairy work in the new era,a dairy processing technology curriculum ideological and political construction model has been constructed that combines classroom and training bases,in class and out of class,and in school and out of school.The“two lines,four sections,and four evaluations”full dimension“curriculum ideological and political”teaching model has been explored and constructed,and ideological and political elements have been deeply explored.
