乳制品加工技术是食品智能加工技术的核心专业课程,为培养适应新时代乳制品工作需求的高素质技术技能型人才,构建了教室与实训基地、课内与课外、校内与校外相结合的乳制品加工技术课程思政建设模式,探索构建了“两线四段四评”全维度“课程思政”教学模式,深入挖掘思政元素。
