基于多主体后评估的大学校园规划优化策略研究

Optimization Strategy of University Campus Planning Based on Multi-agent Post-occupancy Evaluation

随着国家对高等教育的日益重视、高校扩招政策的大力推进,新的大学校园不断涌现,大学校园在规划层面存在的问题也日益显现。通过引入多主体群决策参与后评估的方法,对大学校园规划的功能布局、道路交通、景观绿化、外部空间与单体建筑五个层面的多主体评估偏好与优化需求进行了研究,并针对现有的问题提出相应的优化策略。

With the increasing emphasis on higher education and the vigorous promotion of university expansion policy,new university campuses are emerging,and the problems of university campuses at the planning level are becoming increasingly apparent.By introducing the method of multi-subject group decision-making participation in post-evaluation,we study the multi-subject evaluation preferences and optimization needs of five levels of university campus planning:functional layout,road traffic,landscape and greenery,external space and single building,and propose corresponding optimization strategies for the existing problems.
