基于街区一体化理念沿街老旧建筑立面改造策略研究——以孝感市槐荫大道为例

Facade Reconstruction Strategy of Old Buildings Along the Street Based on the Concept of Block Integration:Taking Pagoda Boulevard in Xiaogan City as an Example

孝感市槐荫大道承载着孝感人民的历史记忆,是城区东西向全线贯通的一条交通要道,槐荫大道路面、立面改造和重要节点的综合整治,是一项重大的民生工程、发展工程。通过对槐荫大道沿街立面的综合整治规划研究,以街区一体化为设计理念,提出“挖掘孝感文化,重塑旧城立面”“优化建筑细节,弹性置换功能”“引入生态空间,激发城市活力”的设计策略,以期对沿街老旧建筑立面改造提供参考性建议。

Xiaogan Pagoda Boulevard,bearing the historical memory of Xiaogan people,is a traffic artery connecting the whole east-west line of the city.It is an important livelihood project and development project to promote the implementation of Pagoda Boulevard pavement,elevation renovation and comprehensive improvement of important nodes.Based on the comprehensive renovation planning of the street facades along Locust Avenue and the design concept of block integration,the design strategies of"excavating the culture of filial piety,reshaping the old city facades","optimizing the architectural details,flexible replacement function"and"introducing ecological space,stimulating the vitality of the city"are proposed,in order to provide reference for the renovation of the old buildings along the street.
