基于委托经营模式的特色田园乡村发展策略研究——以苏州市南厍村为例

The Development Strategy of Characteristic Pastoral Countryside Based on the Mode of Entrusted Operation:A Case of Nanshe Village in Suzhou

以乡村振兴为研究背景,以苏州市吴江区南厍村特色田园乡村为研究实例,分析委托经营模式下村庄发展机制与提升策略。该文梳理了村庄委托经营的组织运营机制和建设成效,提炼建设的现存困境;针对实施建设过程中存在的现状问题,从协作、生态、产业和文脉四方面提出委托经营模式特色田园乡村建设的发展策略,主要包括提升造血功能、形成组织合力、丰富业态类型和发挥特色潜力。

Taking the rural revitalization as the research background,taking the characteristic pastoral village of Na nshe Village in Wujia ng District of Suzhou City as the research example,we a nalyze the village development mecha nism a nd promotion strategy under the entrusted management mode.We comb the organizational operation mechanism and construction effect of village entrusted operation,a nd refine the existi ng dilemma of construction.I n view of the current problems existing in the implement ation of the construction process,we put forwa rd the development strategy of the cha racteristic pastoral rural construction of the entruste d ma nagement model from four aspects of cooperation,ecology,industry a nd context,mainly including improving the hematopoietic function,forming the organizational force,enriching the types of business forms and giving full play to the characteristic potential.
