高职院校学前教育专业人才培养模式改革探索:“岗课赛证”融通的视角 被引量:3

A Probe into the Reform of Talent Training Mode for Preschool Education Major in Vocational Colleges:a Perspective of“Post-curriculum-competition-certificate”Integration

摘要 采用文献法、调查法和个案研究法对当前高职院校学前教育专业人才培养现状进行分析,并基于“岗课赛证”融通的视角对其人才培养模式改革的经验和做法进行探究。结果发现,当前部分高职院校在学前教育专业人才培养过程中还存在着“岗课赛证”融通关系未厘清、人才培养方案制定不合理、课程与教学资源建设滞后、教学模式单一、“园校”深度合作不够以及考核评价机制不健全等现实困境。在对前述困境进行深入的原因分析的基础上,提出高职院校学前教育专业人才培养须厘清“岗课赛证”融通的内在逻辑关系;制定和完善基于“岗课赛证”融通的人才培养方案;强化“岗课赛证”融通的课程与教学资源库建设;创新基于“岗课赛证”融通的教学模式;深化“岗课赛证”融通的“园校”实践教学模式改革;建立健全“岗课赛证”融通的综合考核评价机制等具体改革路径,为高职院校深化学前教育专业人才培养模式改革和提升人才培养质量提供参考和借鉴。 The current situation of talent training for preschool education major in vocational colleges is analyzed by adopting literature method,investigation method and case study method.The experience and practice of the reform of talent training mode are explored from the perspective of“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration.The results show that there exists practical dilemma in the process of talent training for preschool education major in some vocational colleges,including the unclear relationship of“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration,unreasonable design of talent training scheme,lag-behind curriculum and teaching resource construction,single teaching mode,insufficient in-depth“kindergarten-college”cooperation,and imperfect evaluation mechanism.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the causes of the dilemma,it is proposed that the internal logical relationship of“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration should be clarified for talent training for preschool education major,a talent training scheme should be formulated and improved based on“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration,the construction of curriculum and teaching resource database with“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration should be strengthened,the teaching mode based on“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration should be innovated,the reform of“kindergarten-school”practice teaching mode with“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration should be deepened,and the comprehensive assessment and evaluation mechanism with“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration should be established.With these specific reform approaches,it is hoped that reference can be provided for vocational colleges to deepen the reform of talent training mode for preschool education major and improve the quality of talent training.
