失效模式及效应分析对手术室压力性损伤及护理安全管理的影响

Influence of failure mode and effect analysis on stress injury and nursing safety management in operating room

为了探讨失效模式及效应分析在手术室压力性损伤及护理安全管理中的应用价值,选取2021年6月至2022年6月在蚌埠市第三人民医院接受手术治疗的136例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例.对照组患者予以手术室常规护理,观察组患者在失效模式风险优先系数(RPN)分析的基础上,予以失效模式与效应分析管理模式下的护理干预.结果表明,观察组患者手术室压力性损伤、手术感染、锐器损伤等手术不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05).由此可见,在手术室护理工作中应用失效模式与效应分析的管理模式有助于提高手术医师满意度,并减少压力性损伤等手术不良事件的发生.

In order to explore the application value of failure mode and effect analysis in the management of stress injuries and nursing safety in the operating room,136 patients who re-ceived surgical treatment in The Third People's Hospital of Bengbu from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing care in the operating room,and patients in the observation group were.given the nursing intervention in the management mode of failure mode and effect analysis based on the analysis of risk priority number of failure mode(RPN).The results showed that the total incidence of surgical adverse events such as operating room stress injury,surgical infection and sharp instrument injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which concluded that the application of failure mode and effect analysis man-agement mode in operating room nursing can help improve the satisfaction of surgeons and reduce the occurrence of surgical adverse events such as stress injury,etc..
