生物诱导碳酸钙土体固化技术在防沙领域研究进展

摘要 生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀土体固化技术,即植物源脲酶诱导碳酸钙沉淀(Enzyme Induced Carbonate Precipitation,简称EICP)和微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(Microbially Induced Carbonate Precipitation,简称MICP)是一种新型的环境友好且经济高效的土体加固技术,因能够在沙区土壤表面形成固化层,起到防风固沙的作用,逐渐被应用于治沙领域中。该文对生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀土体固化技术(MICP/EICP)在防风固沙领域的研究现状、固化机理、影响因素及固化方式进行了阐述和总结,并对EICP技术在防风固沙领域的应用前景进行了展望,为生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀土体固化技术在防风固沙领域的进一步研究提供理论基础。 Microbially induced carbonate precipitation(MICP)and enzyme induced carbonate precipitation(EICP)are new environmentally friendly and cost-effective soil reinforcement technologies that can form a solidified layer on the surface of sandy soil,playing a role in wind and sand fixation,and are gradually being applied in the field of sand control.This article elaborates and summarizes the research status,solidification mechanism,influencing factors,and solidification methods of the Bioinduced Calcium Carbonate Precipitation Soil Solidification Technology(MICP/EICP)in the field of wind break and sand fixation.It also prospects the application prospects of EICP technology in the field of wind break and sand fixation,providing a theoretical basis for further research on the Bioinduced Calcium Carbonate Precipitation Soil Solidification Technology in the field of wind break and sand fixation.
