摘要
耙吸式挖泥船在复杂的土质环境下进行作业,不同土质对其部件有着不同的侵蚀效果.为了提高排泥管的耐磨性能,选取信铬钢耐磨复合材料制作挖泥船排泥管.使用扫描电子显微镜对其显微结构进行分析,并用金相显微镜表征其金相组织,分析其性能.采用能谱仪分析材料的元素,采用显微硬度计分析材料硬度.结果表明,信铬钢起到抗磨损作用,基体和复合层的组织较为致密,无明显裂纹和气泡,结合良好,Cr元素在其中分布均匀.与原排泥管的材料相比,信铬钢的金相分布均匀,并且存在大量碳化物,硬度高,有更优异的耐磨耐腐蚀性能.
The trailing suction dredger operates in a complex soil environment,and different soil types have different erosion effects on its components.In order to improve the wear resistance of the sludge discharge pipe,a wear-resistant composite material made of Xin chromium steel is selected.The microstructure was analyzed by Scanning electron microscope.The metallographic microscope was used to characterize the metallographic structure and analyze its properties.And analyze the elements of the material using an energy spectrometer,and analyze the hardness using a microhardness tester.The matrix of Xin chromium steel plays a wear resistance role.The structure of the matrix and composite layer is relatively dense,without obvious cracks and bubbles,and the bonding is good.Cr element is evenly distributed in it.Compared with the original material of the sludge discharge pipe,the metallographic distribution of Xin chromium steel is uniform,and there is a large amount of carbides,with high hardness and better wear and corrosion resistance.
