靶距变量对淹没式水射流垂直冲刷影响的数值模拟

摘要 近年来水射流技术被越来越多地应用到海底冲坑作业中.从海底打捞的实际出发,基于FLOW-3D仿真软件,开展淹没式水射流冲刷实验,采用嵌套式网格进行验证实验,最终结果较前人误差小约13%.在嵌套式网格的基础上,以不同靶距为变量,研究水射流冲坑作业时靶距与最大冲坑深度之间的关系,结果表明,最大冲坑深度随靶距变化呈先增大后减小的趋势.从悬沙浓度角度分析了这一现象的形成过程,并求取了特定工况下主体段冲坑深度随靶距变化的经验公式. In recent years,water jet technology has been increasingly applied in underwater dredging operations.Taking the actual salvage from the seabed as a starting point,submerged water jet erosion experiments were conducted based on the FLOW-3D simulation sofware.Nested grids were used for verification experiments,resulting in a reduction of about 13%in errors compared to previous studies.Building upon the nested grids,the relationship between impinging distance and maximum dredging depth in water jet dredging operations was studied by varying the impinging distance as a variable.The results showed that the maximum dredging depth exhibited a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the impinging distance.The formation process of this phenomenon was analyzed from the perspective of suspended sediment concentration,and an empirical formula for the variation of maximum dredging depth with the impinging distance under specific operating conditions was derived.
