基于“岗课赛证融通”育人模式的生理学课程重构 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国老龄化程度不断加深,养老服务技能型人才的需求也不断增长,“岗课赛证融通”育人模式能显著提升学生的综合职业发展能力。在老年保健与管理专业学生的生理学教学中,以该育人模式为纲,依托“1+X”老年照护证书和养老服务技能大赛,采用“PDCA”循环学法,借助多种信息化手段,将“爱老敬老护老”的职业理念有机融入课堂,推动了专业基础课程“岗课赛证融通”育人模式的实施,旨在培养用得上、干得好的高素质“青春养老人”。 With the deepening of the aging degree in China,the demand for skilled talents in the elderly service is also increasing,and the education mode of"post courses,competition,certificate and integration"can significantly improve students'comprehensive career development ability.In elderly health care and management of students'physiology teaching,with the education model,relying on the"1+X"elderly care certificate and pension service skills contest,using"PDCA"cycle research method,with the help of a variety of information means,will support"respect old"professional concept organic into the classroom,promote the professional basic course"post class card financing"the implementation of the education mode,to cultivate strong ability,do good quality pension"youth".
