基于“岗课赛证融通”育人模式的生理学课程重构

随着我国老龄化程度不断加深,养老服务技能型人才的需求也不断增长,“岗课赛证融通”育人模式能显著提升学生的综合职业发展能力。在老年保健与管理专业学生的生理学教学中,以该育人模式为纲,依托“1+X”老年照护证书和养老服务技能大赛,采用“PDCA”循环学法,借助多种信息化手段,将“爱老敬老护老”的职业理念有机融入课堂,推动了专业基础课程“岗课赛证融通”育人模式的实施,旨在培养用得上、干得好的高素质“青春养老人”。
