提升体育锻炼愉悦体验的基本策略探讨

摘要 愉悦体验是一种积极的情感反应,对体育锻炼的长期坚持性、规律体育锻炼习惯的养成具有重要意义。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,首先对影响体育锻炼体验的主要因素进行了概述,随后对提升体育锻炼愉悦体验的基本策略进行了探讨。研究发现,体育锻炼性质、个体认知和体育锻炼环境对体育锻炼的体验都会产生影响,要提升体育锻炼的愉悦体验,应合理控制运动强度,应充分利用峰终定律创造愉悦的体验记忆,应积极营造适宜的体育锻炼环境。 Pleasurable experience is a positive emotional response,which is of great significance to the long-term persistence of physical exercise and the development of regular physical exercise habits.Using the literature method,expert interviews and logical analysis,the main factors affecting the experience of physical exercise were firstly outlined,followed by an exploration of the basic strategies to enhance the pleasurable experience of physical exercise.The study found that the nature of physical exercise,individual cognition and the physical exercise environment all have an impact on the experience of physical exercise.To enhance the pleasurable experience of physical exercise,the intensity of exercise should be reasonably controlled,the peak-end rule should be fully utilized to create a pleasurable memory of the experience,and a suitable physical exercise environment should be actively created.
