PDCA循环模式在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用效果

The Effect of PDCA Cycle Model in the Nursing Management of Sterilized Supply Center

目的探讨PDCA循环模式在消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1—12月潍坊市中医院CSSD护理人员20名与处理器械4000件进行研究,按照护理管理方法的不同分成对照组(常规护理管理)与观察组(PDCA循环模式管理),每组10名护理人员与2000件器械。对比效果。结果观察组护理管理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械处理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械供应情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组三磷酸腺苷检测合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在CSSD护理管理中开展PDCA循环模式管理,能明显提升护理质量,同时提升器械处理(清洗、消毒、包装)合格率,器械供应正确率与及时率,确保器械ATP检测合格,避免或减少器械不良事件发生。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the PDCA cycle model in nursing management in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods From January to December 2022,20 nurses and 4000 instruments in the CSSD of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for the study.According to the different nursing management methods,they were divided into control group(routine nursing management)and observation group(PDCA cycle mode management),with 10 nurses and 2000 instruments in each group.Contrasted effect.Results The scores of nursing management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The instrument treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The supply of instruments in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of adenosine triphosphate detection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out PDCA cycle model management in CSSD nursing management can significantly improve the quality of nursing care,and at the same time improve the qualified rate of instrument handling(cleaning,disinfection,packaging)and the correct and timely rate of instrument supply,ensure that the ATP test of instruments is qualified,and avoid or reduce the occurrence of adverse events of instruments.
