优质护理模式下实施规范化培训和量化绩效管理对呼吸内科护患关系的影响

Effects of Standardized Training and Quantitative Performance Management on the Relationship between Nurses and Patients in Respiratory Medicine under the High-quality Nursing Model

摘要 目的探析优质护理模式下实施规范化培训和量化绩效管理对呼吸内科的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年4月南华大学附属第三医院呼吸内科工作护士20名为研究对象,从2021年4月开始实施规范化培训和量化绩效管理模式,将实施前(2020年3月—2021年3月)采用基础护理管理模式纳入基础管理组,将实施后(2021年4月—2022年4月)相关数据纳入联合管理组,两个阶段为同一组人员。比较两组护士对管理方法的认可度、护士对管理服务质量评分以及管理满意度。结果管理后,联合管理组护士对管理方法的认可度、管理服务质量评分、管理满意度均高于基础管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化培训和量化绩效管理运用在呼吸内科护士管理中,可以改善护士对管理方法的认可度,提升管理服务质量,提高管理满意度。 Objective To explore the impact of standardized training and quantitative performance management on respiratory medicine under the high-quality nursing model.Methods Twenty nurses working in the respiratory department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The standardized training and quantitative performance management model were implemented from April 2021,and the basic nursing management model adopted before the implementation(March 2020 to March 2021)was incorporated into the basic management group.The relevant data after implementation(April 2021 to April 2022)will be included in the joint management group,and the two stages will be the same group of personnel.The two groups were compared in terms of nurses'recognition of management methods,nurses'rating of management service quality and management satisfaction.Results After management,the nurses in the joint management group had higher recognition of management methods,management service quality score and management satisfaction than those in the basic management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized training and quantitative performance management in the management of respiratory nurses can improve nurses'recognition of management methods,improve management service quality,and enhance management satisfaction.
