摘要
公立医院向着高质量发展转型,成为医院在激烈的医疗市场竞争中实现突围的必经之路。人才是实现高质量发展转型最核心的战略资源。大城市及大型综合三级医院对于人才的虹吸效应愈加增强。如果对于基层地区基层医院的人才队伍建设不够重视,将会造成广大基层地区公立医院人才队伍建设质量逐渐下降,人民群众本地诊疗常见病和多发病的质量不能得到保证,加重财政负担,诱发民生问题。本文对于达州市某区级医院人才队伍建设问题进行剖析研究,更好地为区级医院及区以下基层医院探索人才队伍建设的新途径。通过医学人才培养,开展科技创新和成果转化,从而带动区域医疗水平得到稳定的提升。
The transformation of public hospitals towards high-quality development has become the only way for hospitals to break through in the fierce medical market competition.Talent is the core strategic resource to achieve highquality development transformation.The siphon effect of large cities and large comprehensive tertiary hospitals on talents is increasing.If there is not enough emphasis on the construction of talent team in basic hospitals in basic areas,the quality of talent team construction in public hospitals in basic areas will gradually decline.The quality of local diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases cannot be guaranteed,which increases the financial burden and induces livelihood problems.This paper analyzed the problem of talent team construction in a district hospital in Dazhou City,and explored a new way of talent team construction for district hospitals and basic hospitals below the district level.Through the training of medical talents,scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation were carried out,so as to promote the stable improvement of regional medical level.
